My strategy services and solutions are based on using Doctrine and Doctrinal Techniques developed for NATO and the UK MoD. This includes Understanding and Decision Support (JDP 04), through NATO Planning Doctrine (AJP-01) to Strategic Communication (JDN 2/19). I authored many of these as the UK MoD Strategy Subject Matter Expert and tailors the process to suit your business. I have advised C-Suites, US Ambassadors, Political Leaders and Generals on Strategy as well as developing and writing them on subjects as diverse as Nation Building, Military Operations, Telecoms, Business Change and Security.
Transformation
My transformation services and solutions are based on both industry best practice and extensive leadership of some of the most complex change programmes in the Channel Islands. From business reshaping, acquisition integration, Fibre to the Home, COVID Pandemic response to Future Digital Services. I am not a project managers; I help define your strategy and your outcomes, manage and identify risks and develop the programme setting you on the path to success.

Our security services cover cyber security, data protection and information management. I will help you understand the risks and put them into context of other business risk. We will develop strategies, processes and technologies to treat, tolerate, transfer or terminate the risks against your corporate risk appetite. We understand and can help navigate the regulatory environment. And, if the worst happens, we help you recover and mitigate the impact on your customers and company.
